State Elections Enforcement Commission Complaint

An affidavit of complaint was filed in 2017 with the CT State Elections Enforcement Commission by David J. Mullane against Thomas J. Malloy, Louis A. DeCilio, and Susan M. Pawluk.

In the interests of transparency and in the hope that we can improve local government, he has provided his complaint to be posted here, so that any one can freely read and evaluate it. Thank you, David!
